I absolutely love the color of this bronzer and was so excited to use it—it looks gorgeous in the compact. However, after just one use, the product cracked while sitting in my makeup bag. I've never had this issue with any of my other Bobbi Brown bronzers or blushes, so I was really confused. Since then, it crumbles every time I open it, creating a mess and even staining our bathroom rug. It's so frustrating because the shade is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I initially thought it might have been something I did, but after reading other reviews, it seems this is a common problem. Really disappointing for such a potentially great product.
Same problem with the powder breaking that others mentioned
Loved this until it broke, i hadnt used it much and it was never dropped but it broke apart and i had to throw it away. Same thing happened with the blush

The new formula is not the same color. I used this because it was a cooler tone and did not make my cool toned skin look orange. The new formula medium is not the same color. Sadly I am now on the hunt for a new bronzer again.

I used this bronzer for years, until now. The new packaging/formula is a disaster--it breaks into pieces, splits, and crumbles. I had three unopened bronzers, tried them all, and they all cracked. Also, the medium shade is different than before, it's more orange. So disappointed. Won't be buying again.

I agree with other reviews I bought in March, Didn't start using until at least May. Didn't drop and it split in half for no reason. I can understand if it was getting low in quantity. I would like a refund or replacement.
