I was impressed by these two products. I have super sensitive skin and have had bad experiences with vitamin c in the past, but these are gentle! I am a particular fan of the eye cream, I feel like it has made a noticeable difference after two weeks.

It's okay! The product goes on and absorbs nicely. It smells fresh and lightly citrus-y to start, but it does get a bit of that hot dog smell as you wear it throughout the day. It also grows to be a bit sticky and would not necessarily want to wear it under makeup. I have a lot of acne scarring that needs treated with products other than vitamin c so I don't think it helped a ton, but in the areas of my skin without acne, it did brighten up my skin and make it glow. I just think there are better vitamin C products out there, but this is a good budget option if that it what you're looking for!

This duo actually has some really nice active ingredients, like vitamin C derivatives, vitamin E, ferulic acid, panthenol, and caffeine. You can tell there was thought put into what goes into the formulas. That said, both products also include extra solvents and texture ingredients—such as glycols, surfactants, and silicones—that don't really add skin benefits. With a cleaner supporting formula, these products could let the good ingredients shine even more.
