Felt too thick and oily for me
It does have a slight blur effext, but I just felt like it was too thick and felt heavy on my skin. Overall I dont think it is blurring enough to be worth using when its so heavy feeling

I take it and write in my hands. Feels really nice on the skin. I bought it specifically for my under eyes because no matter what I always crease. This helped tremendously.

Not blurring, was actually hydrating and made my pores look more obvious because it dried luminous
