Products not full, called customer service claiming that all products are weighed and such, but I've been using Shiseido for 14 years

Shiseido raisd the price and destroyed the formula
Shiseido, I'm ashamed of you. You took a wonderful product and destroyed the formula. What was once the perfect cream is now a greasy, stinky glob of goo. The light, pleasant scent that spoke luxury was replaced with the perfume from a cheap children's makeup kit. I am going to have to return this. It made my face look greasy, feel sticky and the smell makes me sneeze.
Detest the new scent
This used to be a terrific product with a light, pleasant scent. Now it smells like bar soap that you'd find at a cheap roadside motel. I wonder if the entire product was reformulated.
