I wanted to like it..
For the price point it was worth a shot, and I have had good luck with this brand in the past. I found it very inconsistent and patchy when applying, which made it necessary to do another pass (which never ends well). It's also extremely difficult to remove, even with makeup remover. I don't love tugging at the skin around my eyes so much--this is definitely a pass for me.
Terrible
I don't know why so many people like this. I've been looking for a red eyeliner for awhile and tried this, and it was completely dry. I couldn't get an even coat, it looked patchy, and since the applicator was dried upon removing from packaging, I couldnt even get a pointed look. Threw it away immediately. Total waste of money.
amazing eyeliner that doesn't break the bank!!
I've used almost every available drugstore liquid liner, and this liner definitely takes the cake! it's super easy to get a flawless wing, and the tip is fine enough that I can get into the lash line super easily. it also doesn't flake when I need to reapply because I missed a spot, or my wing looks wonky. love this liner and will be repurchasing in other colors!!
Best liquid liner for the price
I previously used NYX epic ink liner but found that the tip on the ColourPop ultra fine liner provided cleaner application since its not a brush that frays over time. I feared that the consistency would be watery but its not! Its got a deep pigment and dries pretty well. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a liquid liner that is affordable and easy to apply.
GATEKEEP THIS PLEASE!
This liner is the best felt tip that exists, it's simply perfect! I use it every day, and it still applies just as good as it did when I bought it (like 8 months ago!). Imagine the most CRISP eyeliner you've ever seen, MATTE & SHARP. That's this one. I've tried $20 one size brand, and let me tell you colourpop bff is 1000% better. Black is great for everyday but I love using the brown shade the most bc I can do both a natural eyeliner and use for faux freckles.
