Great on its own, doesn't play well with others
When I have no makeup on and just want a little glow, this stuff is stunning. I also like to use it as a base for eyeshadow or just to give the lid a glow. When I have no makeup on and just want a little glow, this stuff is stunning. I also like to use it as a base for eyeshadow or just to give the lid a glow. That being said, it has some major downsides. When applied on top of makeup, it lifts what is underneath. Anything applied on top will pill. I've tried applying tapping with fingers, stippling with brush and sponge, and lightly swirling with a variety of brushes and nothing plays well with it. Also, I know the packaging is designed to be depotted and not for makeup bag use, but wow that thing is fragile. Its literally cardboard. It got a little damp and got soggy, and it smushes easily. I dont like that I'm supposed to buy a separate pallete to be able to travel with something. TLDR: formula on its own is stunning. Would not recommend using with any other makeup and also you cant travel with it. Strange combo 3/5
Clock it
Packaging is cute, thicker hybrid quality of maybe styrofoam and cardboard. Easy to apply, pack for travel. LOVE these balms, perfect touch for a nice highlight or bronze glow for the evening time. Will be purchasing more! Ingredients are clean and sensitive skin friendly.
Eco friendly subtle shine
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I used this as both a highlighter and a base for eyeshadow. It left a light shine to both looks but definitely preferred it as a base for shadows. It feels like an airy cream without being too oily. The packaging is eco friendly so I gave 4 stores as this is definitely a counter makeup and not a makeup bag product because of the more fragile packaging.
Illuminating Balm
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The packaging is cheap. I didn't like the packaging at all. The illuminating balm I tried to put it on top of make up as highlighter and it removed my makeup. I applied it as eyeshadow and it was not a good Idea it moved. It doesn't have a scent. I don't recommend and for the price it's not good. I received this product for free from Influenser for my honest opinion
Natural finish!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It gives the skin a natural bronze and highlight look. It also doubles as an eyeshadow for a more monochrome look. I love how you're able to place it in a magnetic palette!
