I have such a love-hate relationship with this shampoo! I love what it does for my hair and scalp: Soft but not limp, clean but not stripped, just a lovely balance for shiny good hair that gets washed every three days or so. Hair Type Wavy Hair
Pros -- chic and sturdy packaging, love that it can be refilled, A+ on the commitment to no animal testing, like that it's sulfate free. The scent reminded me of apple cider ginger chews. Cons -- wasn't a match for my hair type/groundwater combo I guess. Felt like I had to use quite a lot to distribute throughout my hair and scalp and there was always kinda an inner section that never seemed to get clean.

After calling guest services and sending them photos of the leaking product, Byron was very helpful in giving me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience.
Leaked all over
I decided to buy the refill of the apple cider vinegar shampoo because I really liked the regular one and the conditioner. However, upon arrival the box was severely damaged and the shampoo bag leaked all over the other products due to a hole in the bag. I really hope that I will be refunded for this product seeing as much of it leaked out....

Cleans hair very well without stripping. I have wavy hair that I wear curly and straight and it doesn't dry it out.
Not pleased
Honestly for the price I'm disappointed. My hair after air drying is mediocre. The shampoo is an odd thick consistency and isn't the best smell. Very hard to lather up and get all over your scalp. I feel like I have to use way too much product to feel like I'm even cleaning my hair. I'm really disappointed.
