Twist to open applicator. Then squeeze the desired amount of product onto the sponge and apply to the cheek and or cheekbones as desired. Blend with your fingers, or with one of your favorite essence brushes. To prevent texture from drying out, simply close the applicator by twisting.

I have also mixed it with my lip balm to make a tinted lip balm when I want my cheeks and lips to match. I have fair, freckled skin and dark red hair, if anyone needs a reference point for the kind of look I prefer. Of course, Essence became my favorite cosmetics brand 2 years ago when I found out that they had such quality products at affordable prices. I wish they made a tinted moisturizer because that is the only thing that I still purchase from another brand!
