I've worn this magical fragrance since it was invented. I found the trick to obtaining the original scent with the changes they've made. Take the lid off and let it sit for 3 months in your medicine cabinet. It will darken in colour and become its old familiar self.

I have worn Aromatics for decades. It has become my signature scent with friends and family. For years women have stopped and asked me what I'm wearing, even long after I've put it on, as is the case for others who wore this amazing scent. I recently asked my daughter if she could smell it, she had to get close and said it did not smell the same. I realize perfumes are altered from time-to-time, but this seems like a completely different perfume. Will you please make changes to bring the real Aromatics back? Are they ways to know or places to purchase bottles before this change?

I have been a Clinique customer for 36 years. I am so disappointed that Clinique changed their formula for the Elixer. It is not the original one. I don't know what they have done, but this smells very different. Some people might like it.But it isn't the original Elixer. It was the only perfume I could wear. Clinique, you need to change the name and not try and fool your customers. What a disappointment.
