I was charged but never received my order!!! It was supposed to be a Christmas present to me from my husband. I wouldn't recommend ordered from this site! Tracking days it was delivered on December 3rd. But it wasn't delivered here. The photo of drop-off is entirely black.

I love the Amazing Grace scent, so I jumped at the chance to order a 4-oz bottle during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I unknowingly ordered the Intense version, which has a completely different scent profile. The return process was frustrating, and the customer has to pay for return shipping. Something that feels outdated and unnecessary in an era when most companies provide prepaid return labels. The process felt intentionally cumbersome. In the meantime, I placed a second order for what I originally wanted: the classic Amazing Grace scent. That order took nearly two weeks to ship and required a phone call just to find out why it hadn't even been processed. There were no updates or communication along the way. Overall, the experience was disappointing. For a brand like Philosophy, I expect a much higher standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
