How do I remove the cap from my original shampoo bottle to refill it?

We've since updated our caps to a screw-on design for a simpler refilling experience with our new refill bottles. Rest assured; your existing packaging remains refillable. Redken has always been my fall back on product. I'll try the others and end right back up here. I just wish they would get on board and use natural/organic ingredients. But yeah, recommend!

I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I'm unable to use most hair products but this is a winner. Amount needed is very small.
Unfortunately it's incredible
I have dry hair and hard water and sadly this stuff is the only thing that makes my hair beautiful and manageable. I have tried so many other products hoping to find a cheaper alternative and nothing compares. The shampoo cleans without stripping and the conditioner is super thick, like hair mask thick, but it's exactly what my dry hair needs. I would caution fine hair havers because this might weigh your hair down, but medium to coarse hair havers should be fine. My only complaint is that it smells like public restroom hand soap, but the smell isnt super strong and doesn't linger in the hair for very long.
Dandruff, and very itchy scalp!
I am prone to having dandruff because I have dry skin overall. After using it for about two months straight, I noticed my husband was having drandruff (he'a a product snatcer). He never has it so I thought his scalp didn't like it, so I informed him to stop using it. Once he stopped, it immediately went away for him. Now month three, my scalp was the dryest and the most dranduff ridden I have ever seen. Changed it to my tried and true (but not color safe) "Eva NYC" and in one wash the dranduff and itchiness went away. Shame I bought both GIANT ones.
