Okay perfume but not worth the money

The first thing I noticed about this perfume was the packaging. I'm pretty used to perfumes at this price point having well made, sophisticated packaging. However, the packaging on this bottle feels cheap. I can't tell if the bottle itself is plastic or it just feels that way because of the gold col...ored coating, but the top of the bottle is completely plastic when I expected glass and metal. I'll give them credit for designing reusable bottles, but the bottles don't seem too durable since they're completely plastic. I would've liked to see a high quality bottle you can hold onto for years if you're refilling it. Another thing to mention about the bottle is that there's no cap or anything protecting the sprayer. This isn't a problem for me as I just keep my perfumes on my dresser, but if you travel a lot and like to bring it, you'll have to either put some into a travel size container or wrap the bottle pretty well to prevent any from getting all over your bag/suitcase. The scent itself is sweeter than I usually go for, and it gave me a headache when I wore it behind my ear (where I usually wear perfume). However, when I sprayed it on wrist, it wasn't overpowering and, despite being too sweet for my preference, smelled fairly elegant. The scent was long lasting as you'd expect from an eau de parfum but does fade slightly throughout the day. When applied around 11, I found myself refreshing the scent at 3. Based on the other perfumes I wore, that seems pretty standard. Overall, it's a pretty okay perfume but doesn't hold up to others around the same price point.
