Works well, awful delivery
I love the product, meaning the actual serum. It works very well and it makes a real difference in the texture around my eyes. HOWEVER, the packaging is truly terrible. The tube is meant to be stored head down, but this makes the (rather pricey) serum leak into the cap. What a waste. And don't dare...

The product works pretty well, but the packaging is awful. The lid doesn't seal easily and 50% of the product remains in the tube AFTER it comes out of the opening. The metal applicator is pretty useless because it's so difficult to coax the product out of the tube
