Shake well. Spray onto curls and distribute evenly from root to tip. If sprayer becomes clogged, run under warm water to release formula.

I love the product but HATE the bottle. Because of the bottle I took off a couple of stars. Since I began using about a month ago my curls have been much more defined. My hair doesn't feel as dry. I live in Florida where the humidity can be 90 % and above for days. My hair is naturally curly and became a beehive daily. Trying to style it was useless and I noticed lots of my hair coming out. I went to a salon and cut it all off to about 2 inches all over. It didn't help. I bought every product with no results until I tried Quidad. IT WORKS! I have beautiful curly hair now and can't wait for it to grow out. Highly recommend this product.

The 4 in 1 leave in works well taming the frizz for me with the Gel in high heat and humidity. It also helped hold the curl overnight and it's not greasy. I have grey, thick curly 3a 3b curl.
