Cleanse your skin as you normally would before using the Acne Treatment Bar. Work the bar into a lather in your hands. Spread lather over the entire affected area, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Use once daily and gradually increase to twice per day if needed, or as directed by your dermatologist.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use if you have very sensitive skin are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. When using this product skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mouth. Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation becomes severe. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

So it's a pretty decent product. Lathers well and it is fragrance free. It is a very gentle exfoliator. Compared to other exfoliating products by Panoxyl, it is pretty tame, which I appreciate. Overall I'd say this is a great product- it's incredibly easy to use, fathers really well, and so far I haven't noticed any excess film or gross leftovers on my face/body. It's seeming to be helping a bit with my teeny annoying breakouts.

I was very happy with this soap bar. I really think it helped to prevent breakouts. I noticed that my breakouts that did occur did not last as long and were not as painful as usual. I noticed my skin felt drier but that could be due to weather changes.

I have used the PanOxyl Acne Bar for just about a month now and am extremely satisfied with the results. I suffer from adult acne but also have dry skin. This bar has helped to reduce the number of breakouts to just almost none and does not dry out my skin. This is a wonderful product

This product worked wonders for my face & body I really loved it and it cleared up the acne I had. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I prefer a liquid or came with a soap holder.
