Only salicylic acid serum I've tried that helped clear my closed comedones. Unfortunately its pretty pricey but I couldn't find anything to reduce the size of my breakouts. On the bright side it reduces them to almost nothing overnight.

I've been a Clinique girlie since I was a teenager. I usually use their makeup products but do sometimes venture to skincare. I've been using this as a spot treatment. It seems to be working well but I haven't been using it long enough to get the full effect—I will say that it seems to clear up blemishes within 1-2 days if you catch them & use the treatment right away.
