- Start with clean, dry, exfoliated skin.
- Moisturize dry areas like hands, wrists, elbows, feet, ankles and knees.
- Use a mitt to apply, blending in circular motions.
- Wait 60 seconds before dressing. Avoid skin contact with liquids.
- Rinse color guide off after 2 hours. Your tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours.
Pro tip: Avoid using moisturizer or body oils during this 24 hour period to allow your tan to fully develop.

Orangey and patchy and dries out skin
I used to love loving tan! I stopped purchasing due to the price but after a few years of not using loving tan, i decided to go back. What happened??? Has the formula changed? I dont remember it ever looking this orange and it gets patchy after 2 days. Very dissapointed. I wont ever purchase again.

I used to swear by this, but just boight a new bottle recently and had an allergic reaction - hives all over my body and thats NEVER happened before. Prob from an under the radar formula change. Sad! The ingredients used to be such high quality.
Great natural color, but not liking the pay off.
I love the ease of using this self tanner. Being able to wash it off after 2 hours so I can still go about my day without looking muddy bc of color guides is amazing. The color is bronze and natural. My major complaint comes from the actual color pay off. Like, this brand's gradual self tanning lotion in the Dark shade had a stronger color pay off and was just as easy to use. If im going thru the hassle of putting a tanning product on my entire body after exfoliating, shaving my whole body, blending and going thru the whole process, i want some good color lol im reapplying this not even a week later. This looks like I sparingly used a medium shade. I tried leaving on for more time but that defeats the whole purpose of why i got this and spent the extra money. I also tried rinsing it off in like 30 seconds with lukewarm water instead of lingering in the shower and that helped better but still not the results i was looking for or am used to with dark shade tanners. Im not mad at it but i dont think ill be buying it again especially for the cost. And the color does take about 24 hours to fully develop after the guide is rinsed off.
It's a no for me, stained everything
I am not a self tanner newbie. I used the medium color. Went on well but stay sticky and never dried. Stained the toilet seat, the sheets, the towels (for THREE DAYS). I will say the color was pretty but NOT worth the hassle. To top it off, Ulta made an error when I exchanged the dark color for medium, and now I can't return it.
