• 1. Start by applying either the 16HR Seal Glue Primer or 16HR Seal Mattifying Glue Primer as the first step of your makeup routine.
• 2. Apply makeup as desired.
• 3. Shake the setting spray well before use.
• 4. Hold the bottle 5–7 inches away from the face and mist evenly over makeup.
• 5. Use the 16HR Seal Setting Spray for a natural finish or the 16HR Seal Mattifying Setting Spray for a shine-free matte finish.
