Highly recommended
This cream is very nice it adds a huge moitsure barrier to the skin, however its not as thick as the triple moitsure from la roche posay but thicker than a typical mouistrizer. Overall a great product I love mine!
Good for dry skin
When I saw that this was the more hydrating formula out of the two Dr. Althea creams (compared to 345) I decided to buy. I like how rich it comes out the tube and it melts quite nicely on the skin, leaving my face very very soft. Sometimes on my more dry days (especially living through winter in the northeastern part of US) I crave even MORE hydration but overall I do like this cream. Its gentle and works well with my other serums and over my retinol, no breakouts. Definitely worth a shot for anyone with dry skin!
I really like this moisturizer
Saw this product while I was in Australia and was pleasantly surprised that Ulta beauty carries it now. My skin feels hydrated and plump the next morning, definitely a good one to pick up for the winter.
It's Okay
I have insanely dry skin, so I had to try this since everyone raves about it, but it's just okay. I prefer the Mixsoon Bean Cream. I have aging, dry, dehydrated skin. I live in a blazing hot climate, too, so that doesnt help. I've tried everything, from mousturizers that cost over $300, to Soon Jung and Summer Fridays. This product is good, Soon Jung is better, but the Mixsoon Bean Cream is best for my skin, and everyone's skin is different. Luckily, Korean scincare is affordable, so it doesnt break the bank to try several is your pursuit to find your holy grail. I have this product, but I don't reach for it as often as I do other moisturizers. I do like the return of the metal tubes in skincare.
Perfect if you like a thick moisturizer
I personally love really thick and rich moisturizers. For example, the IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream, Skinfix Barrier Cream, Sunday Riley ICE Ceramide Cream, the Etude House Jung Soon 2x Barrier Cream. See a trend? You'll know some of these if you are into thick face creams. The best comparison I can think of is the Summer Friday's Jet Lag Mask (which I love and use all the time, but it's quite expensive). This is very similar to that. It feels amazing on the skin, doesn't feel heavy (maybe it will if you like gel moisturizers, the 345 is lighter). Leaves the skin plumped and will fix any irritation or dryness from harsh products or irritation in like a day! It's also very minimal, no unpleasant smells. I have nothing bad to say about it. I love it's in Ulta because now I get to buy it with points.
