Most Helpful Positive Review My first Naked 3 set!
I went in to get Naked 2 but the sales woman convinced me to try Naked 3 because as a woman with darker skin I know browns, bronzes, and golds will work well on me and have more than a few eyeshadows in that color palette already. She made a point to suggest that "rosey metallics" on dark skin are a great change. So I played around with the kit in the store and I was pleasantly surprised. Once home I really got to play around with the kit using my brushes, primer, liner, and mascara and was super happy. Only issues I had were the wasn't that much variety in the matte shades so trying to do a lower key look all mattes is difficult using just this kit.
Most Helpful Critical Review Beautiful colors, but...
I really love the versatility of the colors in this palette. You can go for a dramatic look or just natural and fresh. I love love LOVE the rose hues! I was so excited about this palette because I love UD! The eyeshadows for me last all day even if I don't use any primer. The actual issue I had with this palette is its packaging. The case containing the eyeshadows feels as if it would be a sturdy, even heavy duty case. My problem, however, was when I tipped the palette to remove the eyeshadow brush 5 different eyeshadows fell right out of the case, hitting the hard floor of my bathroom. The color "dust" almost completely shattered! As this was only the second time I used the palette I was NOT happy and rather disappointed over the quality - I'm sure you can understand why. I haven't even dropped or man handled the palette once! I was complaining to my bff & she said she had the same problem with the Naked2 palette, which has almost the exact same packaging (unfortunately my Naked2 was stolen after I got it last Christmas, so I wasn't aware of this issue). Regardless, I would hope that for $52 the palette would remain intact after several uses! I decided not to return it because of the hassle - it was a Christmas gift and of course I declined the receipt since it was something I obviously wanted and it looked okay when I opened it. I figure the same thing would happen again anyways! :( I ended up using super glue and just fixing it myself. Just be careful when handling this palette!!! I get some fall out with the eyeshadows and feel this may have contributed to the fact that after one fall the color "dust" shattered, but mostly the packaging itself is to blame. I would rate it four-five stars based on the eyeshadows alone, however due to the packaging I am only giving it a 3.

A staple in my colllection

I got my Naked 3 palette in 2017 after falling in love with the color spectrum. This palette was my first big eyeshadow purchase and was well worth every penny. My complexion is light-medium with pink/neutral undertones and I have hazel eyes so when I use this palette, my eyes and the colors compliment each other quite well. The main reason I religiously use this palette for anything is because of the shade "Trick." Literally the best shimmery eyelid shade ever. Dampen your brush and sweep across the eyelid, bam, you're set to bat your eyelashes at anyone and catch their attention. I can't find any shade similar to it or its formula so this whole palette is a must have.

This looks beautiful in the palette but the fallout is terrible. And the colors just don't show up. Even when it's layered on, it appears I have hardly any one. Not pleased.
Love Love Love this palette

The colors are awesome and do not fade or wear off throughout the day

Nice colors, saturated color
Franny from Los Angeles
I bought this last winter for half off. The colors don't really show up on my eyelids. Not a fan of all the fallout either. I guess this is best for that "no makeup" makeup look. it's too bad, the colors are beautiful but I don't reach for this palette anymore. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this.
Gives me itchy eyes and styes
Jesskb from FL
So I've had this pallet for a while now and just recently discovered it causes my eyes to itch and get styes! I had not used it in a while and thought when my eye were "acting up" it was just random. Never put the two together. Which I should have. Sadly this pallet was a waste of money for me.
My favorite product ever
. from .
I LOVE this product. I love all the colors they all blend well. It's a perfect pallet for anyone who likes nude colors. I haven't had any problems with skin irritation or anything like that. The one small thing I'm not a fan of is the brush isn't amazing.

Not my favorite from ud but I still like it
Lives up to the hype
Be from Golden, CO
I don't wear makeup often and this palette serves my every need. It lives up to the hype. I'm obsessed.
Love the colors!
Cdogg from Winchester, Va
I use this daily for work. Makes me appear awake and gets rid of the dark circles around my eyes. I have very sensitive skin and this does not burn or irate my skin. I love playing with the combination of colors that make my eyes (blue) glow brighter without looking like a wear a tin of make up. Will definitely buy again!
Beautiful Colors-Horrible pigmentation
GeorgiaPeachJeri from Roswell Ga
I was so excited to try these colors as these are the perfect colors for my blue eyes. I tried every way and tool, but they just do not show on my lids well, they faded in less than 3 hours oceI added enough layers and the fall out was over the top bad. Returning.
Kini from Northeast
I thought this one was discontinued, so I was so happy to see it back. It is my all time favorite of any brand out there. The colors are so pretty and look nice on brown eyes.
Perfect color story
Drew from Virginia
This palette is a must have for me. It has the perfect color story for my light brown eyes, blonde hair and light neutral skin tone. I especially love the light shimmers, the taupes and the darker matte transition shade. I can take my look from everyday to smoked out very easily with this palette. The shimmers are very unique as well, and every color goes together.

Not worth it
Mar from Ohio
All of the positive reviews on Naked palettes make me skeptical of all of the reviews on any product. I had previously bought one of the smaller naked palettes that I wasn't impressed with but I thought it was just me. I bought this on Black Friday for half off and it still wasn't worth the money. My mom got me a Tarte set and the colors go on much smoother and last longer.
JenMo145 from AZ
I wish the pigment was a little deeper and true when applied. The darker colors are better, but lighter colors just don't deliver, all seem the same. I even use a primer. The colors with sparkle are lovely. I would still recommend. I don't like the applicator brush, I use my Naked2 brush for better application.
Don't understand why it doesn't have a lot of pigment.
Joanna from Las Vegas NV
I bought this back when it came out. I fell madly in love with the shades. THESE are my kinds of colors. I have multiple pallete with the pinky mauve colors and I buy every single one that comes out because they are my favorite but I have yet to see any of these shades. It's such a unique pallete.
I honestly thought this was going to be my all time favorite pallete.
I currently own all of the naked palletes and I don't understand why this one has such different formula. Most of the colors barely show up or you have to use them 10 times for them to show up.
It's like it's not even a naked pallete.
I thought maybe they reformulated it and that's why it has such high scores. Maybe the colors actually show up but no. My cousin bought it last month and she says it won't show up on her skin at all. So it's still really badly pigmented.
The shimmer shades are pretty much non existing. I've used every method and even 20 layers barely show up. Some of the colors in this pallete are actually some of my favorite eyeshadow colors ever but it just takes a lot of work for them to show up.
I've known 2 other people who have bought this and they both say the same thing.
Don't understand if maybe some are good and others aren't?
It definitely has a problem. It's like a different company made it. I honestly hope they remake it because I'm so in the love with the colors but the pigment (especially the shimmers) work worse than some dollar store eyeshadow.
I'm just confused on how some people say it's amazing. Why does it only work for some people?
I just hope it gets fixed.

Its honestly pretty good
Not pigmented and hard to blend
Riz321 from VA
I got this item as a gift and I love the colors and the versatility of this palette, but it isn't very pigmented, and it is difficult to blend the colors. The brush it comes with is terrible and doesn't apply the product well. There are much better palettes out there at a fraction of the cost. UD used to be amazing with shadows, but nowadays there are drug stores that have better pigmentation and payoff at a fraction of the cost.
It's so bad
Bribo90 from Ohio
I bought this after buying Naked Heat. I never wanted to buy an UD naked palette at full price if I didn't know what the quality was like. I bought Heat at half price and loved it. Amazing quality, blendable and pigmented. I had such high hopes for Naked3 as I love the color scheme. It failed me. Color payoff and pigment is terrible. It blends into nothing. Save your money and buy the ELF Rose Gold palette. Better quality at 1/5 of the price.
The best UD palette!
KC B from Tampa Bay, FL
This is a great every day, going to work look palette. The colors are pigmented and easy to blend. You can create many looks without getting bored. This is also a good vacation palette. It's gone many places with me.
One of my favorite naked palettes.
Laney from Indiana
I've had about 6 of them, and this is one of my favorites, second to the naked Smokey pallets that they discontinued. The color story is wonderful, & I love the pigments. Yes they're a bit more ashy, but I prefer the ashy tones.
Best start palette
Beauty Becky from Michigan
This was my first ever eyeshadow palette, I now have 6 eye shadow palettes including 3 other naked palettes. It is still my absolute favorite and complements my teal eyes nicely.
Not worth the $
Juju from NC
I was not pleased with this palette. The shimmers do not show up at all. I tried spraying my brush and using my fingers and it didn't work. I prefer my drugstore eyeshadow palettes over this one
