Apply liberally to the cuticle area and leave on for 15-30 seconds. Using a clean orange stick, gently push back cuticles and remove excess skin. Rinse away product with soap and water, then follow with Nourishing Cuticle Oil or Restorative Nail Cream. Use weekly to keep cuticles looking fresh and trim.
Tip & Tricks: This gentle formula can also be used to eliminate calluses and rough skin on hands and feet!

Perhaps use daily for bad cuticles as a treatment.
I liked this product, but my cuticles were too big of a challenge for it. I had to reapply to my second hand twice because the cuticles are very dry and I had let them go for a few weeks and I'm a skin factory! My cuticles grow like crazy, so there was a lot to remove. However, it did soften them up...
