Is this product confirmed to be vegan? I see acetate in the ingredients list, which can be sourced from either animal or non-animal sources.

Our products do not contain or use in their manufacture any animal-derived ingredients except lanolin, beeswax, sodium chondroitin sulfate, and atelocollagen. Lanolin is a natural by-product of processing sheep’s wool after it has been shorn, beeswax is a natural by-product of honeybees discarded in the hive, neither causing any harm to the animals, and the latter two ingredients are of marine origin. Our products do not contain any bovine, ovine, porcine, or caprine tissues, nor fluids from the encephalon, the spinal cord or the eyes, or any other ingredient or material presenting risks of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs). I bought this a month ago and let me tell you this serum is a miracle it has made my nail stronger and grow faster. I have never had my nail this long in a month this is my result, I will buy my second bottle. The price and this result it's not bad at all.

I love Sally Hanson products, and this Hard as Nails Vitamin Strength Serum really works. My nails tend to get soft from cleaning and washing dishes, but a coat or two of this and my nails are ready to tackle the world!
My nails grow like crazy
A bit of a strong smell when wet, but dissipates quickly. I've used religiously for years and truly makes my nails so strong, they don't break. So I'm always filing down my nails as they grow so fast! No more tips at the salon, my nails are long and gorgeous

I had an unopened bottle of Hard as Nails in my bathroom vanity for some time - ignored. Instead for well over a year I had purchased other more expensive products to help me fix my peeling finger nails. I did everything recommended - cuticle oil, special creams, etc, etc - my nails kept peeling. I began to think my age, 70+ and my thyroid condition was the problem. My dr said no, all was in order. So, finally I re-discovered the bottle of Hard as Nails in my drawer. I began using it, along with my ritual cuticle moisturizing routine. I saw results within 7 to ten days. The peeling was less prevalent until within 4 weeks my nails were normal. No peeling, no chipping, and the ridges that come with age were less prominent. I mean I had struggled for more than a year with sad looking nails that I kept extremely short - which constantly would show signs of peeling. However, now thanks to Hard as Nails my finger nails look normal and healthy - and I can allow them to grow to a more attractive length. While I am so happy with the condition of my nails and hands now, I am sorry I had not been using Hard as Nails from the beginning. Thank you Sally Hanson.
