STILL HAVEN’T APOLOGIZE

I think it’s crazy that we still haven’t gotten an apology video, post or anything from Ulta. Idk about you but im still hurt by this situation. Did we even stand a chance getting a ticket? Why was people able to get more than one ticket when try said one per person? I just want to understand
