Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

This product is a game changer. I have very fine hair that needs washes daily or I look like a greasy mess. This product has changed everything. The first time I used it, I put nothing else in my hair. It was shiny, but not greasy. It was soft, manageable, and full of volume that I've never had without mousse and a hair dryer. I have been using this 2-3 times a week and I've been able to go longer in between washes. Yes, it's a bit expensive but it is worth it.

This product has all natural ingredients and if you have dry hair only needed twice a week... After 2nd use I saw an 80% improvement with hair loss. It does not lather but scalp feels clean. My coarse hair feels very soft "after" it's been dried. I highly recommend trying this before using chemicals for hair loss.

I have allergies and some products will make me itch uncontrollably. I will even develope sores. This product cleans my hair and scalp and all itching has disappeared. My hair is conditioned, shiny but not greasy. Manageable and with body even though my hair is fine, thin with natural curl that easily becomes frizzy. I love this product.

Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

I use this product every 2-3 weeks to clarify and remove build up. The night before I'm going to use it I load up my hair with coconut oil as a pre-treatment. This removes it without stripping my hair yet makes it feel very clean. Not using a conditioner is never an option for me, so I follow it up with one of my favorite SheaMositure conditioners. It leaves my curls very shiny and easy to style. The only negative is the price but since I don't use it weekly, it's lasted me several months.

Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

I'm older w/50% gray, my hair is naturally dry & frizzy curly plus it gets highlighted regularly and flat ironed -- SO, I use a heavy conditioner & product to try to mitigate damage. My system works well but I was feeling like it might be a good idea to do a deeper removal periodically which is what made me try the ACV. This product is called a "rinse" which is how I use it...a quick/light shampoo and then apply the ACV, work it through & leave it on for 5 min then rinse (no conditioner applied). I was prepared for my hair to be extra unruly w/o using my regular conditioner but it wasn't. After styling, my hair was great and had some extra shine. I'm surprised how much I like this stuff!!

Not better than sulfate free clarifying shampoo

Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

This product does a decent job of clarifying color treated hair without stripping the color. However, it's a very expensive for this type of product and actually is on par with Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo with apple cider vinegar, which is about $10. I just wasn't impressed with this product like I thought I'd be. It's very watery and although it does take the place of both shampoo and conditioner, it takes a considerable amount to do the job, which means it's very expensive overall. It didn't make my hair shinier than the Shea Moisture shampoo, which is my usual clarifying product. It didn't give me any volume, which is unfortunate. You'd think that it would be more effective than sulfate free clarifying shampoo, but it isn't. I just wasn't impressed enough to keep it, so it's definitely going back. It did make my hair smooth and tangle free but the SM shampoo also does that, and for a lot less money. This is a luxury product that is definitely overpriced. I'm sure it's better than regular diluted ACV, which I haven't tried. But it's just doesn't do a better job than my usual clarifying shampoo. This is very disappointing. I don't know what I expected but I'm just not impressed. For less money, I get the exact same results. So I'll certainly be returning this. It feels very weird to use this rinse instead of shampoo and conditioner. But I will say that it didn't have one effect I expected: it didn't dry my hair out. It did leave it very shiny, but then again so does the Shea Moisture JBCO shampoo. So there's no reason for me to keep this product. My curiosity has been satisfied. I can't wait to get my money back for this. I'm happily going to keep using the Shea Moisture shampoo. Maybe the Dphue ACV leave in conditioner will do something more. I'm going to test that one next. I recommend Shea Moisture JBCO shampoo instead of this Dphue ACV rinse. You'll save about $25 and will get the exact same results.
