Wet face and hands with lukewarm water. Squeeze cleanser into hands and work into a lather. Massage lather onto skin with a gentle, circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

Great on my skin -- but would prefer unscented
I've been using the ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser as a facial cleanser (I even use it to lather up for a shave), and as a body wash. It's been great. My skin feels smooth and soft, not dried out. My only quibble is the perfume. An unscented version would be wonderful as I'm sensitive to scents.

Kind of disappointed...
I really wanted to rate this product 5 stars but why the fragrance??? Labeling a product 'Ultra Gentle' and then adding fragrance to it! Really? I cannot figure out the smell... It's disgusting. Same goes for the other 2 Ultra Gentle products. Sad thing is, I love them all. This cleanser is awesome ...

I really like how it gently and deeply cleanses my skin. Every morning I clean my face as part of my daily routine as it leaves it ready to continue with my skincare routine. I definitely recommend it, especially if you have oily skin like me.

I've recently started using Neutrogena face wash, and I have to say it's extra gentle on my skin and moisturizing It leaves my face feeling refreshed and clean feeling! I highly recommend this product and so glad I found it! 🥰

Ugh i am DISAPPOINTED! Where is the old version with the scent?? I cant find it anywhere, i am LITERALLY heartbroken that the formula was changed

It looks like Neutrogena discontinued the Ultra gentle hydrating cleanser CREAMY FORMULA and came up with this new foaming formula which if you are sensitive to fragrance this product will make your skin to react. The original creamy formula was recommended by my dermatologist around 15 years ago. My skin is acne prone sensitive so I am in big trouble trying to find a replacement. It is frustrating that theAMAZING formulas get reformulated or changed completely. Why if the product was already fantastic??? Disappointing!!!
