Most Helpful Positive Review The Bearded Lady
So this is great for removing my facial hair. I get a mustache and pretty significant chin hair...I could literally be the Bearded Lady on this season of American Horror Story (I'm exaggerating, but it's still pretty bad). It's gotten to the point where I have to use my micro trimmer every other day. I can't wax due to sensitive skin and the acne medication I use and threading is expensive. I saw this while browsing and decided to give it a try. It IS easy to use...I never read the instructions and it worked my first try. Twist it quickly; it will tug on your hair hard and going fast is the best. It really pulls your hair out at the root and pulls many hairs at once. Even though it pulls a lot of hairs at once, it still takes time to complete a larger area. The result is smooth, hairless skin. I really like this and as stated previously my only qualms are the pain (at times) and the amount of time it takes. Worth it to save money though!

First, the directions were printed so small they were almost impossible to read.
Once I figured out how it worked and got the hang of it I think it was quite effective. However, I would recommend clearer institutions and perhaps an online video.

This broke my face out so bad , I'm bumped up every where and I will be returning it.
It does work

You put the coil flat on your face and twist the silver metallic pieces in the direction that the arrows indicate.
It works, but it hurts! No worse than threading, but it's not painless for sure.
I would not buy it again.
DeDe from Clarksville, Tn
Excited to try it, very disappointed. Followed the directions and it did not work.
Amy from Omaha
Agree with others that say instructions aren't clear and need to watch an online video to see how to work it. Used it in bed and was surprised to see in the morning that it took out the peach fuzz on my upper lip, chin, cheeks and jawline. Was going to spend $$$ on dermaplaning tool, glad I tried this first.
moosetracker from Pennsylvania
Bought this for peach fuzz and hair on upper lip. The directions aren't super clear so it's best to find a demo vid. Once you figure out how to use it, it's a breeze and quick to use. Giving it 2 stars because it was expensive but not very effective. I think it's alright for the super fine peach fuzz but anything thicker or darker than that, it just pulls or breaks the hair instead of fully removing it. The mini tweezers also were terrible as they didn't really do anything either, and the tip was pretty blunt. I'd expect better from Tweezerman
Did not work
Fizzled from Wildwood
Did not pick up hair most of the time as I ran it across my face. I have thick and thin hair all over my face and this failed to pick at them. Had to be returned. Don't waste your time!
Literally why do these exist
Existential crisis from Davenport, IA
I've had these for three years and have not stopped trying to get them to work since. I don't even understand why I've invested so much time in trying to figure this out, I guess just because I feel that as a human being I should be able to feel control over a small metal tool, but I've accepted reality. Do not buy these unless you want to feel intellectually inferior to a piece of metal.
Perfect for peachfuzz
Jsssss from Usa
I'm an Italian girl and have tried to minimize my little fuzzy stache in a number of ways since adolescence. Before this, I waxed once a week and every day, would tediously plucked any single hairs as they came back in. This is sooo much better, and easy to use. I can see how it would maybe be painful or ineffective for thicker hair, but it is perfect for peach fuzz. I still pluck a hair or two, here and there, with tweezers, but I spend a fraction of the time.

This product works great if you use it with reasonable expectations. It does not remove every single hair like shaving does, but it removes all hair long enough to be visible/problematic, and removes enough peach fuzz that your skin feels very smooth. It hurts a tiny bit, just like manual tweezing would hurt, but is not unbearable by any stretch. I had no difficulty using the tool, just press firmly onto your skin and move it back and forth across your skin as you twist the arrows. If you are getting bumps or ingrown hairs, make sure to exfoliate about one day before using it, and cleanse your face immediately before and after with a gentle face wash. When used properly with the right expectations, it is a miracle product!
Not for sensitive skin or people with a low pain tolerance
Maggie G. from Flemington, NJ
Use this with caution if you have sensitive skin. I broke out in large red swollen welt like blemishes almost immediately after using this instrument of torture not to mention the pain which I could handle but I still have a nasty blemish a week after using it . I thought at first it was the result of different cleansers I had been testing out but I just used it again and I could see three more starting to swell. I cleaned it with alcohol after each use too. It does take the hair out but will take little hairs out that don't need to be removed. It's going in the recycling bin.

Never used a product like this. But will
Keep this in my beauty routine line up. Who likes peach fuzz?
Amazing! Just what I was looking for!!!
Haven from U.S.
This product is SO easy to use and is the perfect solution to facial peach fuzz! I've tried the facial razors and never loved the way my face would feel on day 2/3. And I just can't wrap my head around waxing...I love that this takes the hair out by the roots, but leaves a very natural look as a result. I've found that twisting it the opposite way the arrows direct is actually WAY more effective. Feels like removing a peel-off mask.

This does not work at all. It is very stiff & does not give at all. No instructions or directions were included either. I returned for a refund. Beware of this hair removal tool.
Fleur from Texas
I recently ordered this and put it to use right away. If you're used to threading this is similar. I must say it hurts way less. It might take time for some to get used to the movement to correctly remove hair but it does work! Would totally purchase again.
Be patient... this really works!
Kat from Texas
Initially I hated this because it hurts... but I was so sick and tired of irritation from waxing my lip/chin so I committed to starting with 3 "swipes" each morning. After a good month, I had removed enough hair that I was loving this tool. It is much more effective than waxing for me and I love how quick and easy it is. Doing a few swipes over my lip and chin every couple day keeps my mustache at bay. Will keep using it!
I just purchased this product. It works well.

It doesn't get the shortest hair.
This product is useless and didn't work. Will return.

I did not like this at all. Absolutely useless.
Very useful tool

Easy to use facial hair remover, it took me a while to figure it out. Now, I use it every day, after I clean my face at night.
I would not recommend

Product hard to use and unless hair is left to grow long it does not grab it
Tommie from Burlington, NC
I had my eye on this product for a while. I should have done my research before buying. Twisting the mechanisms while dragging it on the area to remove the hair was daunting. Then only a couple of hairs where caught in between the wires. I will go back to using my razor.

This product does not work and it was returned. It has no instructions and although I figured it out on my own, it still did not work.
Shay from Baltimore
Initially, this product seemed to work wonders, but I noticed it was leaving behind many fair, light hairs. No matter how many times I tried, it just wouldn't catch them. Ultimately, I will be returning as plucking/shaving/waxing is far less time consuming.
Worked well once I got the hang of it
Annie from Schaumburg, IL
At first I thought it didn't work but after watching a couple of online videos I understood that a) the tool has a "front" and a "back" and you have to have the correct ("flat") side against your skin, and b) there is a correct direction to twirl the little handles and if you twirl them the wrong way if won't work. There are little arrows on the handles showing which way to turn them.
Once I got the hang of it I found it to be very effective at removing my light-colored but dense and long-ish peach fuzz all over my lip, chin, cheeks, and neck. It seems like I have much less skin irritation, bumps, and breakouts compared to waxing. It covers more area more quickly than tweezing, and plucks hairs in its path even if I can't see them. I still have the option of waxing or using a chemical hair remover on larger areas or areas that are a little awkward to get at with this tool, but this has become my go-to hair removal technique.
The only significant minus for me is that it seems like it has some kind of silver or chrome paint or coating on it that comes off in little pieces on my skin. They are easily brushed away so it's a minor annoyance. Maybe it'll stop shedding its finish at some point but I am a little concerned whether it will start to rust at the points where the underlying metal is exposed. Couldn't they just have made it with a quality metal that didn't need a coating?
Great for removing unwanted hair
Ndis from Philadelphia Pa
I have unwanted facial hair on my chin and this think has been amazing with grabbing them and taking them out. I will not lie it does hurt but you get used to it. It misses a few hairs occasionally but that's because they are too short. Highly recommend!
Did not work
Bella from Denver
Tried this product & did not work for me. My facial hair seemed like it was too short to get caught into the springs. Sucks cause my hair is dark so you notice but wasn't long enough.
