Just Not Worth It

By Beauty By The Blondie

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

This product smells awful. It smells like chemicals, which is definitely not something I want to be putting on my face. There are so many better powders out there, so save your money and go buy a different one.

      Bad

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

Horrible. It sticks to you skin. It won't go away even if you dust really hard. It'll be great for a Halloween costume. I mean a ghost.

Baby powder is a better setting powder

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

This product is so terrible. I know it's a powder, but it's such a gritty and powdery formula and doesn't blend into the skin well. It picks up foundation and doesn't move at all. I've seen hacks to apply baby powder as setting powder, and when I tried using baby powder, it worked better than this powder. I would give negative stars if I could

          Flashback is AWFUL

          By Amanda

          from Fayetteville, NC

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

I definitely should have read the reviews before buying this product. Like many people have said, the flashback is HORRIBLE, and there's no way to cover up the mistake because nothing will set on top of it properly. DO NOT BUY.

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

While it goes on well, the product is terrible. It is dry and chalky and does not allow any pigment to be put over top of it (bronzer, blush, etc.) I used it to bake and it made awkward bare areas around my eyes, interfering with my highlighters and other powders. After being frustrated with the appearance and feel, I took A photo with flash to see the results and it was THE WORST flashback I've ever experienced.

Comments about L.A. Girl Pro Setting Powder:

This is my first ever loose powder that I bought. I was on the fence about this one, just because it was drug store powder. I was expecting to get the benzoyl peroxide out, and get it out quickly. This DID NOT make me break out. It is amazing. This leaves a beautiful silky finish when I touched my face. It controls the oil, and it leaves a great transparent look.

I wanted to give this a try because I was running low on my RCMA powder. I have only used it a few times...but I'm not really sure that I like it. I don't hate it...but I don't think I'll be repurchasing.

                        Hi Madison,

Our Banana Powder does not have flashback. However, for our Translucent Powder we recommend it to be used lightly with a brush tapping off excess and going over your make up very lightly to prevent any flashback.
