My hair stylist used this brush when blowing out my hair. My scalp never felt so good. It styles and dries quickly. After I finished at the hair dresser went immediately to Ulta and purchased. I love it! I think I will get my grandkids the same brush as one of their gifts. I wish it came in a "boys" color!
I thought I had found my forever hairbrush. I have long, full, curly but somewhat fine color treated hair. Drying it with a brush to keep it straight always caused breakage til I found this brush in the shiny plastic version. It was a miracle. It literally saved my hair. After 6 months after the first purchase, I dropped it on my ceramic tile floor and it snapped at the first zig after the handle. I was devastated! I ran to Ulta and found another one (yay!) and that one lasted about 8 months. Dropped it once again and, again, it broke in exactly the same place. Superglue was of no help. So, again, I went to Ulta to buy another, an, lo and behold, a new version - the "Pro"! Upon first use, it was apparent there was no research involved with this "upgrade" because the second I tried to brush through my heavy, wet hair with this new "Pro" version with a "new and improved" sticky, gummy, rubberized coating, it pulled and tugged and stuck to every hair and was 1000 times worse than my old brushes. And as far as I can tell, they no longer make this zig zag paddle brush without the rubberized coating. I am going to drop this one on the floor a few times and see if the idea was to stop the brush from breaking, but my guess is, someone just wasn't thinking in the 'ol product development and improvement department.

Purchased as a replacement for the one my daughter had that broke. I figured it broke because of the age. The replacement broke in under a month.

The design has a flaw where it snaps very easily in half. I was left holding a handle after trying to brush my wet hair. I did don't even have knots, it just snapped. I sat there in disbelief and sadness after only having it for a short while! Don't waste the money! Buy a better model from Wet Brush. I don't understand why they are still selling them to the public!

I'm used to using a brush designed much like "Pattern" by Tracey Ellis Ross's in shower brush and I was looking for something different and wouldn't slide off the handle while I'm using it. This brush is lightweight, it bends while I'm brushing at a angle. I have to get use to it bending, other then that it's a good brush.

I have long curly hair from the scalp down and this glides thru my hair with no issue at all!

Honestly I loved this brush before it broke. My hair is fine to medium and very long. I use it every morning to blow dry my hair. It is super gentle on the scalp which was my favorite part. Even more gentle than some wet brushes. First one I bought lasted maybe 8-9 months. Immediately went and bought a new one which was the upgraded version with the black rubber on bottom. This one lasted maybe 3 or 4 months. Both broke in the exact same place, right at the handle just like in the other reviews. My hair isn't even close to curly or thick so its not like there is a whole lot of strain on it. Even though I love this brush I can't afford to replace it 3 or 4 times a year. Unfortunately will have to find a new favorite.

This brush works a lot better on my hair than my other brush used to. I don't have to clean out the wet brush as often because my hair sheds less when I use it. It's soft on my hair and it's a better detangler. I like the way it is designed. The back of the brush and the bristles are flexible so they move with my hair instead of pulling against it causing less breaks and split ends. Overall, I feel better using this brush on my wet and dry hair.

This brush causes such static I had to return it! It was horrible!

I loved this brush until it snapped a few months after using it. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to. My hair is fine and not thick at all.

I love this brush! This is by far my favorite out of all the dry brushes! Its design makes it nice and flexible as it moves through your hair - I've never felt like it was going to break like some reviews mentioned... I also love the design because the gaps make it super easy to clean! This brush really is great for wet or dry hair, blow drying, and everyday styling, and it works very well with my long hair. I've had this brush for almost a year now and I think I'll get one just like it when something happens to it! Note: I have very straight, long hair (down to the back bottom portion of my bra).

This is my 3rd and its fantastic for curly/ kinky hair but it breaks so easily! Deserves 5 stars for comfort but breaking after 2bor more uses makes it a 1. Yes, reluctantly and probably foolishly I will buy it again

This would be good for someone with thin hair. I have medium hair thickness and have broken 2 of these brushes after about a month of use. My hair wasn't even tangled badly because I had already used a comb to get out big snarls. It does feel very good on your scalp and is gentle on your hair, but it just breaks too easily.

Buying again, but I hope this one doesn't break.... from other reviews, that doesn't seem likely....

I love the Wet Brush brand, but I have to purchase this brush 3-4 times a year because it breaks so frequently. I am going to try a different brand. Such a bummer, this is a great brush, until it snaps in half!

I only had the brush for about 6 months before it broke at the base before the hande. Im still using just the brush part because it does so great getting tangles out. Hate that it broke. Finally found a brush I love and it breaks. My daughter is sensitive scalped and any other brushes hurt while brushing her tangles and this one she never complained.

I love how flexible this brush is. Unlike a regular brush that pulls your hair when you have a tangle this one is flexible and stretches and moves with your hair (I hope that makes sense). I first tried this product at the Ulta beauty salon when I was getting my hair done & I knew I needed to buy it! Definitely worth the price.
