I was all excited to see Ulta get these amazing brushes that It cosmetic's makes. I have a few of the larger single sold ones. Even though this set is full sized...Not happy with all the heads of the brushes. Either too small or ineffective. The blurring powder brush makes a mess with the product in my opinion. NOT ENOUGH BRISTLES IN THE WHITE AREA. But the set for it's price for all 6 is worth it to keep. Just one less brush to use that's all. Maybe I'll try a different set in the future. Because the brushes from this company are still FABULOUS compare to other brands! Wish I could have given this set 5 perfect lips.
These are definately more of a travel set quality than individual brushes. Larger brushes are not dense enough to be effective (love the individual sold brushes though!)Handles are lightweight. Nice case.
If possible check in store to see whether you're ok with the quality - definately a $ tradeoff set vs individual brushes.

Love the amount of bristles on these brushes, the right amount of everything.

I have a number of brushes by It for Ulta and I adore them. This set however is not of the same quality. The foundation brush is good, but the remaining feel sparse and light and don't pick up product well. I'm very disappointed to pay that amount and get essentially one good brush.
Save your money and buy separately.

I was so disappointed by this set. the brushes are not at all the same as the individual ones. They are so finely packed they are useless. The handles are very cheap, and thin. You'd be better off with a $9.99 Eco Tools set.

I several It for Ulta brushes that are great. None in the set fit the bill. they're too loosely packed to be useful. Even the handles are poor quality and cheap looking.

This is my second set of it brushes. They last a long time.Clean well too.
Essie from Tulsa
Maybe I just expected too much from It, but these brushes are so thin that they barely pick up any powder or blush. They are nothing like the individual brushes. I'm glad I got them half price on sale.

I loved the brushed the contour and foundation brush work great and the eyeshadow brush!

Ok. I've had these for 2-3 years and I keep them as my spare brushes. I don't reach for them. I prefer my other It brushes, Goss, and drugstore. But recently I've used the foundation brush and it works pleasantly surprising well with the UOMA foundation, which is light and water/serum-like. It works really well!

I was looking for a new set up make up brushes for everyday use. I was very disappointed with these brushes as they are a) very expensive for what they are and b) are not anything special. I feel as though there are better and other options out there. My recommendation, buy something else.

The foundation brush is great... the blush brush could've been better, will never be my go to brush

The brushes in this kit are not like the other brushes that I have purchased on their own from Ulta or that came in a "kit" from one of the home shopping networks. The bristle thickness and softness is disappointing compared to the ones I already have. For the high price of these, I was totally expecting more. I returned.
JayKay from Cleveland
These brushes are the best brushes I've tried and I have tried many over the last 30 years. For what you receive, these are also reasonably priced.
Tiff Tiff from Ohio
Great variety of brushes. These blend makeup great. I love the soft brush heads. It feels so relaxing massaging my face with these.
Ramona from Hometown,USA
I love these brushes from. I like the idea they come in their own case which takes the guesswork out of trying to find where I put my foundation brush or whichever one I need at that moment.

When I purchased these at the original price tag I thought I was getting a deal with these . Yea no . The brushes are super light weight . The Bristles are flimsy and not the same quality .

I bought this set 5 months ago. I've been using most of the set daily, washing it weekly with my Facial wash stuff- same as I use in nightly skincare. No problems with hairs falling out.
The only brush I don't use is that bent liner. I tried but it just doesn't work with powder eyeliner. It's probably for liquid eyeliner. It doesn't pick up powders at all.
The flat top kabuki type brush is my favourite way to apply my powder foundation. It picks up just the right amount and buffs it in beautifully.
I use that weird dual fibre brush to get into my Hourglass 6pan palette and pick up just the finishing powders. It's a super light application for any powder so if you like to set or finish with a very very light hand- this is great. For regular setting powder I like the IT Ball Wand.
The angled blush brush is almost exactly the same as my IT French Blush brush which I love. I now have a second to use as a dedicated bronzer brush. Diffused perfection even with more pigmented blush or bronzer.
The angled eyeshadow brush is an excellent 1 and done brush. I use a colour switch sponge in between. So soft.
The small fluffy eyeshadow brush is nice for placing a diffused spot of colour in the outer corner and blending it out.
The case is ok. I don't use it. I keep my brushes in a mug on my dressing table. When I travel I prefer a different case for my brushes but it's useable for travel. A bit tight for adding other brushes which I prefer that's all.
I'd highly recommend this set.

Love all of it.
Stefanie from Fort Wayne Indiana
The brushes work wonderfully only thing I would change is that the handles be more solid and not hollow metal this brush set was expensive so I atleast thought they would feel heavier but they are still great brushes love them!!
Jame from WA
These brushes aren't very good quality and I know you can't really expect much for the price. I didn't expect the bristles to be all over my face though.

Ive been using this product since 2014 or 2015 love it just bought my second set my old set is still usable but has wear, long lasting. Soft bristles. Spreads makeup evenly. Great for light to moderate makeup users.
sgc1103 from Phila, PA
Not really the same as buying the items individually. The blush brush head is really small and does not do a good job
Marriedtothat from The east coast
So disappointed in these. Basically Morphe quality. Which is fine if you're paying Morphe prices. NOT It Cosmetics quality. Not even close.
dancouns from Danbury, CT
These brushes are high quality. The powder make-up goes on smoothly and evenly.

Love these brushes!
MelissAmaze from Ft Thomas KY
I bought this for the shadow brushes but I did a side-by-side comparison of the blurring complexion brush to the one I have at home (same style / same brand) and it wasn't as good. The sets aren't a bargain if quality is compromised.
