I reached out to them via them email address they asked me t...o to inquire about WHY they refused to post, but reading this thread, I now see why. Hopefully I hear back soon. I'm not coming back to this brand... After encountering a wave of glowing endorsements, I decided to explore this line as an introduction to what many hailed as transformative skincare. Unfortunately, after over a month of consistent use, the results were not only underwhelming—they were actively detrimental to my skin. To begin with, the Creamy Foam Cleanser, marketed for oily and combination skin, left my face feeling stripped and unnaturally taut—more matte plaster than balanced cleanse. Rather than supporting blemish control as claimed, it coincided with breakouts I had never experienced before. At $32, this product performed far below its promises. Also, my face never truly feels clean after using this product. I feel like I have to use it multiple time or even use a wash rag in conjunction with the foam cleanser for an added boost. The Super Skin Toner was no better. With the scent and feel of diluted witch hazel, it neither brightened nor refreshed my complexion. It purported to remove dirt and oil, yet this seemed redundant and confusing in a product category intended for post-cleansing pH balancing. No noticeable results, and a $24 price tag that offers little value beyond a rebranded astringent. Moving on to the Hyper Glow Serum, expectations for a brightened, radiant complexion went unmet. This vitamin C serum absorbed quickly and left behind no glow, no firmness—just more of the same dry, matte texture. Again, $32 for no visible or tactile improvement. The Hyaluronic Acid Serum was the sole product in the lineup that delivered any discernible benefit. My skin finally felt hydrated and dewy, as it should. Still, for the price, there are more cost-effective serums on the market with comparable ingredients and better performance. The Luminosity Eye Cream, although elegantly packaged, offered no reduction in under-eye darkness. The product absorbed almost immediately upon application—so quickly, in fact, that it raised concerns about its actual efficacy. At this price point, one expects more than vanishing cream and zero visible effect. As for the Restorative Night Cream and Dewy Day Cream—they were, quite literally, indistinguishable in texture and performance. The only difference was a minor surface sheen from the day cream, which unfortunately led to increased oil production throughout the day. Neither moisturizer delivered on its dewy, plumping promises, and both fell short of justifying their cost. Compounding the product performance issues was a logistical failure: the Nourishing Cleansing Oil, purchased separately, arrived leaking and had clearly spilled before the box was packed. I was told this wouldn't typically be refunded due to a lack of shipping protection. Poor fulfillment practices are not the customer's responsibility—especially when product damage is a direct result of inadequate handling. I did receive a refund, but the response left much to be desired. This line seems to trade on aesthetics—luxurious bottles, EWG approval, and sleek branding—rather than substantive formulation. Many "before and after" images online appear nearly identical, save for increased shine in the latter. The underlying skin issues—texture, scars, and hyperpigmentation—remain. At best, this line is overhyped. At worst, it's a masterclass in branding eclipsing function. Whether I received a poor batch or this is standard performance, I can't say. What I can say is this: no skincare line, no matter how beautifully bottled, is worth the investment if it leaves your skin worse than it found it. I will not be returning.
