I took this consistently for 6 momths. I never missed a dose, and took it every evening eith dinner. I still continued to shed just as much as i had prior to starting Nutrafol. I received this product as a Complimentary from nutrafol and have been using it consistently for 2.5 months. As a Black woman with type 4C hair and a history of alopecia and hair thinning, I've struggled for years to find something that truly supports my hair from the inside out. My hair is back
