Bring back the original formula!
This new formula is the absolute WORST!! I have been using Lash Paradise since it first came out. This new formula has absolutely DESTROYED my lashes. Within days of opening up my newest tube of the revamped formula my lashes started breaking and falling out. I don't know what you changed beside...

The old formula was literally the best
I just went out and bought another tube and imagine my surprise that it's got new packaging. No problem, as long as the formula stayed consistent. NO. This mascara went from my holy grail that I kept coming back to since 2016 and I'm so sad to see how terrible it is now. Doesn't hold a curl, dry af, and clumpy
NO..! Bring the old formula back. New version is trash.
I have been using this mascara for over 5 years, even when I was still a makeup artist, this mascara (specifically the waterproof) was best, hands down. Not only was it one of the very few non-drying or damaging waterproof mascaras but it NEVER ever smudged! My biggest issue my entire life has been smudging - I blink a lot and I have bags so I get smudges. But this new formula - NOTHING LIKE THE OLD! I looked like a racoon in less than 5 hours! Devastating. I am out in search of a new mascara because I will never purchase this one under the new formula again.
HATE IT
I bought this since i was going to a water park and lost my other one. ITS LITERALLY THE WORST PRODUCT EVER. ITS SO THICK AND UNEVEN, CLUMPY. DO NOT BUY!!!
Sadly disappointing!
I'm constantly trying out new mascaras, but typically have found that I prefer mid-range to higher end mascaras (benefit, too faced, Lancôme, etc). I was happily surprised by the L'Oréal voluminous panorama mascara and thought I'd try a few of their other options, but was disappointed in this and the others that I purchased. It was a bit clumpy, the wand design and formula made for messy application, and I didn't get the length or volume that I had hoped for. I definitely won't be buying this again and will likely only use it again if it's my only option.
Unfortunate NO for me
I usually go for the non-waterproof version of this mascara but my eyes naturally water a lot and was really excited to give this a try. Personally, it was one of the worst mascaras I have ever tried…does not apply evenly, very clumpy, no length or volume just clumps of black product weighing down my lashes. Also forgot to mention it was nearly impossible to remove; took me two days to get it all off at the cost of some lashes being pulled out..no thanks!
