Do not purchase
Fresh out of the package and it was completely dry and the wand was frayed.
Dried out, unusable, disappointed
I used to love the old formula back in 2016 in college. I was excited to know that they brought it back only to be disappointed that the 2 I bought were so dry. All the ones in my location were dried too! Looks like everyone in America got the same defect. Thousands of dollars wasted on defects for NYX. sad to say wont buy again

Use to be good
Was using this eyeliner for years because of how good the product stayed locked in. But these past two that I bought, came out super clumpy. Not sure if its because they removed the little ball that was inside that helps mix the product? Idk but I feel that with the little ball inside it use to help prevent it from clumping.
Don't Waist Your Money and Your Time
I purchased this item and when I received it, the product was dry and did not produce any product on the wand. I went and replaced the item and encountered the same problem. I shook the product for over 10 minutes and it never loosened.
