Apply thin layer of Seche Base Coat to each Nail. Apply two thin layers of any lacquer of your choice allowing to dry completely between each coat. Apply one thin layer of Seche Vive Gel Effect Top Coat. Allow to dry.

Gel effect gimmick
This definitely didn't have a gel effect finish. The brush is so thick without any tapering so it just drags all over the nail. I also smudged several nails after waiting two minutes. It failed to deliver on its promises.
The best gel-like top coat
I've tried quite a few gel-like top coats and they're generally nothing different from a regular top coat. This one is the only one that retains a high shine for longer. It's not going to give that really thick gel look, but it's thicker than a regular top coat and looks more substantial overall.

breathtaking top coat
i just recently started getting into doing my nails at home & came across this top coat. it completely transformed the way my polish looked. my nails came out super smooth and shiny and it surprised me. not to mention it was super easy to use. soo perfect !!!

I've used this a couple of times now and it goes on beautifully and leaves a nice shine. However, the next day it peels right off. I bought a UV light for nails and that didn't help. Did I just get a bad bottle?
