Brush Vitamin E Nail Cuticle Oil onto nails and cuticles nightly. Massage in to help increase circulation to the nail bed and stimulate new nail growth. If used before a manicure or pedicure, remove thoroughly with soap and water or nail polish remover before applying nail enamel-reapply after nail enamel is dry.

I have extremely dry cuticles and hangnails. So I tried this product. I use it every night before I go to bed. Liked the product but felt like it absorbed so quickly and then they felt dry within a couple hours again. I put vaseline on after it absorbed to lock it in which seemed to help
