Hello, I've read that this product can be mixed with serums and moisturizers; however, I'm curious if this product can simply be mixed with water and be used to make a direct spot treatment and/or be mixed in with making face masks that turn to gel, or underneath a sheet mask?

The Good Molecules Vitamin C Booster Powder is recommended to be mixed in with hydrating serums, or moisturizers. We do not recommend that the product be mixed with water, as it will not provide an adequate suspension for application and also do not recommend mixing it in with a facemask or underneath a sheet mask, as this is not its intended use.
