The light intensity and the warming sensation will increase with the duration of the session time. Ramp up time may be slower or faster - both of which are ok. Reducing the session time will not hinder your progress as vFit utilizes photobiomodulation, which helps to stimulate cellular function by increasing local blood flow, stimulating healing tissue responses, and increasing circulation. Each of us absorbs the gentle warmth within the vaginal tissue varyingly due to our age and tissue depth. If the LED lights are exposed to the external anatomy, it may feel uncomfortable. I have been using it for about a month. No noticeable changes but I am going to stay consistent and I do think it will help in the long run. Not very happy about app updates happening right as I am ready to start a session. They should have those pop up after the session. It's very annoying to get everything ready and have to wait for an app to update. Then it happened two days in a row.

The device is good but the app is useless. If you have time to pair the Joylux to the app (which you must do each time), you have time to turn the device on yourself. Plus, it limits you to an unnecessary recommended schedule.

I have only been using this device for 2 weeks now. Too early to see results. I am not sure if the red lights are actually far enough inside. I wish there was a way to tell if it is inserted correctly. Also not sure if there are enough red lights on the device to be effective. Finally I will say that the end of the device is very pointy and very uncomfortable during use. The soft tip on the end would have been appreciated.
