    Hi. I previously wrote you stating that the UV red light doesn't stay on past 1-2 minutes. You advised me to use a different charge port. I did that and it still doesnt work. Id like to return it and get a refund. I dont have the packaging it came with though. Can you please advise as how I can go about returning this?

    I have had the product for about a month now and the red UV lights all over a sudden turns off after 2-3 minutes instead of staying on for the full 6 minutes. Is this something that can be fixed? I made sure it was fully charged as well.
