I wouldn't recommend using this product alone on your lips, unless it works for you. I didn't like how the product dried on my lips because they felt drier than when I'd first apply the lip balm. This was an impulse purchase but wish I'd read reviews first! The taste is truly terrible. So so bad. It doesn't last very long either. I'm also a little worried it may melt in my beach bag. Save your money.

I bought this product to protect my lips in the long summer days outdoors. I will say it goes on nice, smooth and gives my lips a pretty shine. It does the job (sunscreen wise) but we do need to reapply often which is no big deal. I gave four stars because it tastes like sunscreen.

honestly the only good thing about this product is the packaging. as previously listed, the product is incredibly drying as in nothing in the ingredients aid w hydration. its just a greasy, not long lasting mess. instead save your money with aquaphor :)
