Is this noncomedogenic?

However, we’re hesitant about applying the non-comedogenic label to any of our products since there is no universal and agreed upon guideline. Comedogenic scales often vary depending on the source. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s ability to clog pores, so it is highly variable between people. As such, the only way to be certain is to actually try out the product. The same ingredient when used in a different concentration or within a different formulation will vary as far as being comedogenic or not. I've been using this product for over a year now and I can say that it works for me. Especially during winter time, my face and hands experience dry areas. I like to mix a drop or two into any lotion I'm using and I quickly see a difference. I could not find a lotion that worked for my hands this winter and this solved my issue.
