Effective but powdery feeling
Overall I liked the product. The finish is dewy but not greasy and it works really well. I have a tendency to touch my face/lean on my hand through out the day and it leaves a powdery feeling like dry shampoo does on my hands which is kind of weird.
Why Am I So Shiny?
I sprayed this over Lancome Ultra Wear Matte foundation and powder. When I got to work 2 hours in I caught a glimpse of my reflection in a window and couldn't believe how shiny I looked! I blotted my face, it seemed to lift my foundation. Return.
