Draw a line, following your natural lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outwards. For a winged eyeliner, look, continue the line outwards past the outer edge of the eye on an upward angle. For best performance, apply before eyeshadow on eyelids to avoid powder product mixing with the applicator tip. If the tip comes into contact with powders, clean it by wiping it on a tissue.

Great eyeliner!
The tip has just enough flexibility to apply the liner perfectly. I had purchased another brand and could not use it because the brush/tip was unbending. I bought this same liner in Spain last year and am happy to be able to buy it here at Ulta. Hope this line will be expanded in store.

I bought a liquid eyeliner (in a white casing and an orange cap) in summer of 2023 that they have discontinued and that one worked much better. I've only had this Ultimate Pen Eyeliner for a few weeks and the marker is already drying out! The old one lasted for months... I will not buy again because it dried so quickly.
