Two to three times a week, apply a thin even layer to a clean wet face, lightly massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds, avoiding eye area. Do not scrub. Leave on for up to 2 minutes (up to 1 minute for sensitive skin). Thoroughly rinse with warm water and gently pat dry. Follow with an Exuviance serum and moisturizer. Can be used prior to an Exuviance Peel as tolerated.
Precautions: For external use only. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes, lips and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. Sensitive skin may experience a brief tingling sensation. If rash or irritation develops, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical assistance.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Worth the money
I'm over 50. This scrub, while pricey, is well worth it! I use it 3 days a week so it does last. Spend the money you won't regret it.
Pricey but worth it in time
I've been using this stuff for a while now. Admittedly, I was using it wrong at first - as a scrub. It is NOT a scrub. Follow the directions. I also didn't see immediate results. That said, after about a month of use, I did see results. I'm a serial face picker (acne) which leaves dark spots. They are mostly gone with continued and correct use. Since using, correctly for 6+ months, my acne as decreased significantly, dark spots are gone, dry skin has cleared up, and my skin is just better overall. It's a pricey product but if you use it consistently and correctly it works wonders. My recommendation for use - I wash my face first, put in my conditioner, then while that is setting, I use this product and gently rub it in circles. While my conditioner is rinsing out, I let this product sit on my face for about 1-2 min, then rinse. My skin feels fresh and clean after! I can't stress enough - if you use it right and consistently, it works well. Consistency is key. And yes, it's expensive. But I only have one face, so it's worth it IMO. For the record, I'm 41 and most people think I'm early to mid 30s. Hope that helps!

Love the Face Polish. I used a competitor's Face Polish Previously and the crystals were much larger and abrasive. This Face Polish crystals are very fine and leave my skin glowing and ready for moisturizer.
