Stressful Experience
I tried to do some Christmas shopping with these guys at the Westfield Mall in Fairfield. Inconvenience 1 - They had 2 mini coach perfume sets out I attempted to purchase these but was told I couldn't buy it because it wasn't suppose to be on the floor. Straight, bland no accommodations offered nothing. So I go to purchase there larger set of Coach perfume. That cost over $100, so I asked if I was able to get a coupon or discount but instead I received an ugly blanket. Inconvenience 2 - teller told me if I wanted 5x the points for my purchase I had to log into my app. But I don't have the app. Are you kidding me, why would I have the app. So I log into my email and reset my password because of course I forgot my pass word. I asked if I had any points to please use them. She responded by getting the manager who was no help. She asked for my I.D. Which I did not have. Now I don't know why I didn't have my ID on me. It was just a storm after a storm. Inconvenience 3 - denied access to my own points. They don't even give you a chance to verify your identity in any other way. I have enough stress in my life I will not be returning to this Ulta store for someone to stress me out even more. Horrible experience!
Half of them are expired
This is not the first time buying something online that the products are expired. Will be returning.
Very nice kit
This is a super kit at a good price (it will be even better when on sale). It's not my very favorite Beauty Finds by Ulta but I've recommended it to others. All of these are solid choices that I already like and use - and then I get to try out a few new ones. Even though the samples are small, you're still getting great little samples of high quality skincare for $3 each and then you can decide if you want the full size. And if there's a GWP you're getting (by getting this, and say the lash favorites too), even better.
