After cleansing, rinse hair with warm water. Remove excess water from hair. Apply a quarter size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb. Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

First, make sure hair does not have any product on it. Use a spray bottle to make your hair slightly damp. Apply Fine to Medium Hair Treatment Masque from ends to mid-shaft. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute through hair. Let dry for about 5 minutes. Place hair in a bun, use a sleeping bonnet if you like. Rinse in the morning. Shampoo scalp. Hair Type Wavy Hair
I had never tried this product before so I bought a smaller version of it. I don't really know what to compare it to but it seems to work fine. I might try something different next time just to have something to compare it to.
OUAI is the WAY!
I've been having some serious hair issues, including dryness and hair loss. Probably post-menopausal. I used the Ouai Treatment Mask for Fine to Medium Hair ONE time and my hair is back to what it used to be. To be fair, after I rinsed the mask with cold water (kept it in for 10 minutes or so), I used the Ouai leave-in conditioner and some Ouai hair oil. My hair is sooo silky and soft. It hasn't felt like this in years. Amazing and worth every penny.

Not worth the money
Ouai has such wonderful products for fine hair. The conditioner is THE BOMB and the anti-frizz cream does its job and then some. Thought this would be fantastic and it wasn't. I noticed no difference, maybe even my hair was DRIER than before I did it. Bumble & Bumble Repair products are far superior and back this went:(
