Love it!
Replaced my very old CHI flat iron with this model. I read reviews about pulling hair, but still purchased it and am so glad I did. Love the longer plate area, the ease in curling when I want that, and controls on the side. My very first few sections I straightened did grab a few hairs, but none after that - smooth operation since. I assume it was the newness of the plates. Love this tool!
Literally salon hair at home
I always blow dry my hair when I get out of the shower; I leave it in a microfiber towel for about ten minutes and then apply 2.5 pumps of this to my hair. I have dense but fine hair, and it is about 24" long so a little goes a long way! It leaves my hair smooth and shiny without becoming greasy, and I typically go 3 days between washes. I can't rave enough about this product! I got the trial size about a month ago and just ran out, but I found the full size on sale for the price of this one!

I feel like it works okay other than it rips my hair out. I try to use less hair in case its getting caught in the corner but no matter what i do theres a lot of pulling and ripping if the hair. When im done theres so much hair left fallen that it has ripped out.
