Oily face
This has been the only cleanser that actually leaves a clean feeling. I have VERY oily face that gets worse throughout the day. I started using this and my face oil has been way more manageable with the blotting sheets. Highly recommend

Wanted it to work
I have really problematic skin post children. I really wanted they hype to be true about their products but unfortunately, they weren't. Maybe it's just my experience but my acne is the same, but my skin is way drier (even with using their moisturizers as well). My eyelids are also constantly dried out and I have to end up using Aquaphor to help them without them feeling like they're burning from moisturizer.
Gave me puffy, dry, sensitive eyelids
I was using this facial wash for a week when my eyelids (especially the left one) started getting puffy. I thought it was due to seasonal allergies, even though I had very few other seasonal allergy symptoms. My eyes were puffy, and the lids were dry, scaly, and sensitive. I even went to my optometrist, and she noted that the lid looked like an eczema flare (something I'd never had before on my lids). After a month of irritation, I realized this facial wash the probable culprit. Haven't used it for a week, and my lids are about 85% back to normal (still healing from the dryness and sensitivity). I hate that the return window has passed, but I would never recommend this product.
