I first got this cream as a sample from a gift with purchase. As soon as I started using it regularly, I noticed immediate results. The lines and creases on my neck were a lot less visible. I purchased the full size and have been using it 2x a day. It's fairly pricey, but for the size it really doesn't feel too steep. You don't need to use much at a time.
