Therabody Theragun Mini 3rd Generation Portable Massage Gun

I'll admit that I used to be a skeptic about the Theragun - I owned a generic massage gun and I figured that a Theragun wouldn't be much better than it was. After receiving this product and using it for a few weeks, it's clear that I was completely incorrect in my assumptions. The Theragun Mini, despite being much smaller than my full size massage gun, is much more powerful and feels much better made. The product is thoughtfully designed and fits comfortably into my hand. It has 3 speeds and comes with 3 different attachments, which provides a pretty solid range of levels for massaging different areas of the body. It is incredibly powerful, and works incredibly well for aches and pains all over the body. The box comes with a few cards detailing different types of massages, which is a great addition for someone who is newer to using a massage device. I also really appreciate that there is an option to "lock" the device so that it doesn't accidentally turn on if you're traveling with it. Overall, every piece of this product feels like it was thoughtfully designed with the average user experience in mind. My only incredibly minor complaint is that the case for it does not have space to also hold the charger and attachments went they aren't in use - since this is a mini size that is perfect for traveling I would have loved to be able to throw all of the pieces into a single bag, but the case is really only big enough for the device itself, and whatever attachment it currently has on. That being said, the case being a little bit small really isn't a big deal, and it doesn't impact my user experience in a major way at all. Overall, this is an incredible product and I am so excited to be able to use it now! I would definitely recommend this to anyone if it's in your price range!

I find myself now only using this one due to the functionality and size. The power is impressive for how small it is, and I love how easy it is to bring with me. I keep it in my gym bag and use it right after workouts. It's super convenient and has become part of my post-gym routine. The size is perfect — it's lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and still feels really solid. It's not too loud even on the highest setting. A full charge last weeks and it took under an hour to charge to full battery. The attachments are great too and make it easy to target different muscle groups depending on what's sore that day. For how compact it is, it really packs a punch. One of my favorite features is the Therabody app. It connects to the device through Bluetooth and actually creates personalized routines for you based on your workouts, goals, and any specific concerns you have. It even gives you step-by-step guidance on which attachment and speed to use. It's nice not having to guess what to do — the app basically acts like your own recovery coach. Overall, I'm super happy with it. It's powerful, easy to carry anywhere, and the app makes it feel way more personalized. If you're looking for a smaller massage gun that still delivers like the full-size one, this is definitely the one to get.
