I recently bought a brand new bottle and I can not get the lid off. I know you push down and twist. I've tried and my husband has tried. My husband believes the bottle may be stripped and unable to open. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix this? I love this product and really would like to use my new bottle.

Will this work with Waterproof Mascara?

I love this clinique take the day off make up remover. I absolutely love it. However how you apply is so annoying. When I try to put it on my cotton rounds all of it spills all over I cannot have this spill all over my vanity!
